8 - 12 Cubes of Ready made Paneer or Cubed Ricotta CheeseFry lightly in oil till it changes colour and keep asideBoil few PeasMake Tomato Gravy 2-3 tablespoon OilAddFew Mustard and few whole Jeera seeds3 curry leaves 3 Slit Green Chillies few slices of Garlic clovesBraiseAdd 1 Can of a tomato and onion mix(I liquidise for a smooth puree)1 tablespoon Tomato sauce1 tablespoon Tomato puree¼ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon Durbs or Kashmiri masala ½ teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix (Optional) Paprika for ColourSalt to tasteCook well add boiled PeasMix well Garnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander)Optional:For Meaty Taste Can add steamed Prawns, Cubed Cooked Chicken in Green masalaKabaabs.. Mushrooms etcServe with Rotis If you prefer Rice then make slight runny gravy Enjoy
