INGREDIENTS
¾ cup sugar
125g butter
1 large egg
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup s raising flour
1 cup cake flour
bananas
Topping:
1 can caramel (whipped)
Orley whip or fresh cream (whipped)
Flake or any grated milk chocolate
METHOD
Cream butter & sugar. Add oil, egg &
vanilla & beat well. Add sifted flours
& mix to a soft, pliable dough.
Press into a square pan. Bake 15 minutes
or till done. When cool, decorate with
topping.
Spread caramel over the biscuit base.
Cover with sliced bananas.Top with
whipped cream. Sprinkle chocolate over.
Cut into squares & serve.
