RECIPE
Firstly
Use one Small can Crushed Pineapple add to Pot with it's juice½ Cup Sugar Add 2 tablespoon Mazina Add few drops of Vanilla essenceCook on stove stirring it must be a slight thickish texture Remove from stove and allow to COOL COMPLETELY
Now to Assemble
Use
1 Round Vanilla Sponge Cake Sliced into 2 Round Halves
Smear one side Lightly with Any Jam (I used Apricot)Then Paste the COLD Pineapple filling And the other side with 250 ml Whipped cream see below NOW COVER BOTH SO U FET THE ROUND CAKEDust with Icing sugarPlace in fridge Enjoy
