4 large potatoes-boiled and grated1 large egg beaten3 TB mayonaise2 TB lemon juiceChopped dhania (coriander)Crushed green chillies (to taste)Crushed garlic (to taste)Black pepper (to taste)Paprika (to taste)Salt (to taste)3 TB flour
Mix all the above ingredients well and shape into patties-using wet hands.
Flatten slightly to ensure even cooking.
Fry in a non-stick pan until golden brown and cooked through.
If the mix is too dry add a Tablespoon more of mayonnaise.
If too wet add more grated potato but the measurements above have been tried by me.
