500g topside steak (cut in medium sized pieces)
Salt and pepper
1⁄2 cup Mochachos mild spice
1⁄4 cup oil
1⁄4 cup lemon juice
Store bought wraps
Sliced baby plum tomatoes
Make a paste with oil, lemon and spice.
Pat little salt and pepper on each steak.
Sear on both sides on electric griller then baste steak with paste until its cooked.
Slice steak into strips.
Place steak down, then whip, then onions, tomatoes, jalapenos and more whip.
Close wrap and toast a little before serving.
