INGREDIENTS
Mochachos Steak Wrap

Ingredients:500g topside steak (cut in medium sized pieces)Salt and pepper½ cup Mochachos mild spice¼ cup oil¼ cup lemon juiceStore bought wrapsJulienned jalapenosSliced baby plum tomatoesSliced onionMochachos whip
METHOD
1. Make a paste with oil, lemon and spice.2. Pat little salt and pepper on each steak.3. Sear on both sides on electric griller then baste steak with paste until its cooked.4. Slice steak into strips.5. Place steak down, then whip, then onions, tomatoes, jalapenos and more whip.6. Close wrap and toast a little before serving.
