2 chicken cut into pieces
2 tab ginger garlic
2 teaspoon garlic
Fresh red chillies
1 tab dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
¼ teaspoon arid
Saffron
½ cup tomato puree
2 tab lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Salt
Crushed black pepper
1 teaspoon coarse chilli powder
1 tomato grated
2 tab peri peri oil
Marinated chicken in above. Heat ghee (Clarified butter). Add chicken to ghee (Clarified butter).
In a sauce pan:
Heat a piece of butter ¼ cup chilli sauce., 3 tab sweet chilli sauce, ¼ cup Nando's peri peri sauce. 2 tab mayonnaise In a frying pan braise slivers of garlic, curry leaves and whole green chillies.
When chicken is done, add sauce and vagaar.
Microwave baby potatoes and baby onions. Add to chicken, and cherry tomatoes. Garnish with dhania (coriander)
