5ml ground mixed spice
10ml ground ginger
pinch of salt
60ml golden syrup
10ml baking powder
560ml cake flour
1 cup granulated sugar
Melt Butter & golden syrup together.
Remove from heat, then stir in sugar.
Add egg & beat well. Stir in sifted dry
ingredients. Mix well. Roll
teaspooonfuls of mixture into balls &
roll in extra sugar. Place on a baking
tray & flatten with a fork.
Bake @ 180*C for 12 minutes
