250g Butter1 cup icing sugar1 egg1 cup maizena (corn flour) (corn flour) 1 teaspoon Baking powder 2 tablespoon rose syrup¼ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) (cardamom) powder1 teaspoon pink coloring+/-2 to 2 ½ 'cups flour
Beat butter, icing sugar and egg till creamy. Then add rest of ingredients and beat till forms a dough, must not be sticky. Add flour little at a time so as not to over add and make biscuit dough too dry. If baking in a food processor or stand mixer dough must clean bowl and stop sticking to sides then it's done. Roll out and cut into shapes. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 180 degrees depending on your oven. Decorate with drizzled melted white chocolate and crushed dry roses and/or crushed pistachios.
