INGREDIENTS
Rainbow Fruit Salad Oats
(For 2)

Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1 ½ cups boiling water
2-4 tablespoon milk
Sugar to taste
1 teaspoon mixed spice
1 kiwi
½ orange
1 banana
4 large strawberries
Handful blueberries
2 tablespoon soaked chia seeds colored blue with dot food colouring
Almond nibs
METHOD
Heat stove to medium.
Place oats and water and bring to boil.
Will bubble and thicken, add in milk, sugar and spice.
Cook till desired consistency.
Spoon into bowl. Allow to cool slighty and arrange fruit in rainbow.
