INGREDIENTS
Honey mustard glazed T Bone

6 pieces T Bone
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 cloves garlic crushed
¼ cup honey and mustard marinade (meister)
Sauce:
¼ cup honey and mustard marinade
⅛ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Season T Bone with salt pepper and mustard powder. Add the garlic to the honey mustard marinade mix and brush on steak with a pastry brush.
Cook the sauce ingredients few minutes. Heat a pan over medium heat until hot. Add blob of butter when melted fry steak 2-3 minutes each side (cook time may vary depending on thickness of steak).
When done baste with the sauce
INFO & TIPS
Serve with mash potatoes, chips, salad or baked potatoes.
