Sojee (semolina flour) with a burfee topping

Use your normal Sojee (semolina flour) recipe
Once done SERVE with the following topping ...
¼ cup icing sugar
½ cup klim
4 tablespoon Nestle cream (heat in the microwave)
Add more according to the consistency you want
Drop of rose essence
1 teaspoon elachie powder
Mix well together till you get a nice consistency
And pour over Sojee (semolina flour)
Please note this is sweet so adjust sugar in Sojee (semolina flour) and this topping accordingly
