750g steak mince
1 large onion (grated)
salt to taste
3 teaspoon garlic & ginger paste
1 teaspoon jeera powder
1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon gharum masala
10ml chilli powder
1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric
1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 green chillies or to taste (pounded)
1 sprig curry leaves (chopped)
1⁄2 cup chopped dhania (coriander)
2 tablespoon fresh mint (chopped)
Combine all the ingredients & mix well.
Shape into balls & shallow-fry in oil.
Serve with chutney.
