INGREDIENTS
Cut branjil in rounds
Put in pan with little olive oil. Sprinkle salt,pepper,red chillis on both sides.
Let it roast on low till done
In a bowl mix
Double thick yoghurt
Green masala
Little lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Fine cumin
METHOD
Layer the branjil as follows

Some fried onions
Branjil
Yoghurt
Fried onions
Branjil
Yoghurt
Chopped mint
Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
Serve chilled
