Method: Roll pastry out on floured surface. Divide in 2 lengthwise. Place slabs in center of pastry pieces. Cut strips towards slabs in an angle downwards. Plait pastry over chocolate, brushing egg on each strip as plaiting. Brush egg over whole plaited pie and bake in preheated 180degC oven till puffed, golden & crisp. Serve hot as chocolate is melted. Serve with strawberries & ice-cream.
