INGREDIENTS
½ kg chicken mince
2 teaspoon red chilie paste
1 teaspoon green chillie
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) grounded
Onion grated
Tomato chopped small
Boil spagetti
Make mash potato
Make white sauce
METHOD
Make vagaar with onions add mince cook till water
evoporates.add masala .let it cook add tomato.let it
cook till done.in pyrex dish layer cooked mince ,pour
white sauce over,than layer boiled spagetti and lastly
mash potato.slice tomatos sprinkle parsley and bake till
done sprinkle cheese.enjoy
