Milk Tart Cup Cakes

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs1 cup castor sugar1 full cup flour2 ½ teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon vanilla essence¼ cup oil¼ cup boiling water

METHOD

Mix together pour cup cake cases. Bake 10 to 15 minutes @180 degree.
Topping – Method2 cups milk1 teaspoon vanilla essenceBoil the above in a pot.
In a separate bowl beat together1 egg½ cup sugar2 heaped teaspoon maizena (corn flour)Now gently add the egg mix to milk boil until it thickens.Allow to cool then pour over cakes.
