- 300g penne pasta boiled
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 350g chicken strips / cubed
- 1 tablespoon (or to taste) tandoori powder
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 to 3 tablespoon tomato paste
- 3⁄4 cup chicken stock [or 1 chicken stock cube dissolved in 1 cup boiling water then use 3⁄4 of the liquid]
Boil pasta and keep aside
Sauté garlic in some oil. Add the onion and braise till soft
Add the chicken and braise till it changes colour
Add the tandoori powder and mixed herbes. Mix well and cook for 2mn
Add the lemon juice and tomato paste. Mix well and cook
Add the chicken stock and mix well.
Add the cooked pasta to it and simmer for 2-3 mn.
