120ml double cream
200g milk chocolate
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently.
Stir with a wooden spoon until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy.
Pour the mixture into a fondue pot over night-light flame or into a warmed dish to serve, and get dipping!
