Chocolate Fondue

INGREDIENTS

120ml double cream
200g milk chocolate
40g butter
150ml milk

METHOD

Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently.
Stir with a wooden spoon until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy.
Pour the mixture into a fondue pot over night-light flame or into a warmed dish to serve, and get dipping!

INFO & TIPS

To dip: strawberries, raspberries, chopped bananas, apple slices, grapes, pretzels, marshmallows and pineapple chunks.
