1 kg prawns quarter cup oil quarter cup lemon juice 3 teaspoon crushed garlic 3 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon salt ghee (Clarified butter)/butter to fry
Remove heads from prawns and devein but keep shells intact. Whisk together ingredients from oil to salt. Add to prawns and marinate overnight. Fry prawns in ghee (Clarified butter)/ butter.Serve with savoury rice. Delicious!!!
