Sour cream chicken enchiladas
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
ghee (Clarified butter)
Hot water to make soft dough.
Divide into 10 - 12 ball. Roll out. Grill on tawah no ghee (Clarified butter). Keep covered in cloth.
5 fillets cooked wit garlic and spices. Shred. Add 1 tub sour cream and 1 cup grated cheese. Set aside. Make white sauce bout 1 ½ cups set aside.
To assemble :
Pour bout a cup of white sauce in Pyrex.
Fill tortillas with filling roll up. Place seamside down. Pour remaining white sauce.
I heated 1 cup milk and 1 sachet knorr three cheese sauce. Boiled till thick. Pour over. Sprinkle lots of cheese and chopped peppers.
Bake 20 minutes.
Omit white sauce.
Boil 2 pkts knorr 3 cheese and 2 cups milk.
Lastly pour 1 fresh cream over. Bake
