INGREDIENTS
125g butter
½ cup castor sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 eggs
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups flour
Custard
1l milk
½ cup sugar
4 tablespoon custard powder
Pinch Elachi (cardomom)
Few drops rose essence
Red and green food coloring
METHOD
Cream butter and suGar
Add eggs and vanilla essence
Sift dry ingredients and add to above
Make soft dough
Roll super thin and cut
Bake till golden brown
Boil custard till thick and pour over biscuits alternating colors .. I only made 3 layers ..
