1 kg Chicken fillet2 tablespoon Red ginger garlic masala (wet)Salt to taste 1 teaspoon Chicken SpicePaprika to taste 2-3 Fresh Pimentos (pepperdews) cubed (if fresh is not available use the bottled one, take about 6-8)
Sauce:½ cup tomato sauce ½ cup pimento sauce½ cup sweet and sour sauce ½ cup sweet chillie sauce
Marinate chicken with the red masala, salt, chicken spice and paprikaIf u have the fresh pimentos, cook it for a few seconds and add chicken and cook. If not than cook your chicken 1st, than add the sliced pimentos
Mix the sauces together and pour over chicken and let it cook until it gets thick and saucey.Garnish with fresh dhana and mint.
Serve with paratha and chipsThis recipe is absolutely delicious.Enjoy
