4 cups milk 1&¼ teaspoon gas powder ¼ cup rose water 3 tablespoon rose syrup 2 tablespoon custard powder 2 tablespoon milk powder 1 tin condensed milk 1 small tin nestle cream
Bring milk, gas powder, rose water & rose syrup up to a simmer. Remove from stove and whisk in a paste of the custard powder & milk powder. Place back on stove & let it boil for another 2 minutes whisking all the time. Remove from stove & whisk in condensed milk & nestle cream. Once it's cooled down pour into bowls. Garnish with whipped cream, chopped pistachio & edible roses.
