INGREDIENTS
250g butter
¾ cup icing sugar
125ml oil
750ml cake flour
125ml cornflour
2 teaspoon almond or vanilla essence
METHOD
Crem butter & sugar. Add oil, mix well.
Add sifted flours & mix to a soft dough.
Roll out & cut into various shapes.
Decorate as desired. Bake @ 180*C for
10-12 minutes.
