INGREDIENTS

1kg Chops
2 teaspoons fine red chilli powder
1 teaspoon course chilli
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon tumeric
1⁄2 teaspoon dhana
1⁄2 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)
1 table spoon red ginger garlic masala
I table spoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Steers tikka sauce

METHOD

Method :
Marinate chops in spices with ginger garlic and ghee (Clarified butter)
Add to flat pot and cook on low
Once marinate forms a thickish sauce add steers tikka sauce.
Simmer on low till chops are soft
Once done add to Pyrex and grill
Serve with wedges or vegi's of choice
