INGREDIENTS
1kg Chops
2 teaspoons fine red chilli powder
1 teaspoon course chilli
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon tumeric
½ teaspoon dhana
½ teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)
1 table spoon red ginger garlic masala
I table spoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Steers tikka sauce
METHOD
Marinate chops in spices with ginger garlic and ghee (Clarified butter)Add to flat pot and cook on low Once marinate forms a thickish sauce add steers tikka sauce.Simmer on low till chops are softOnce done add to Pyrex and grill Serve with wedges or veggies of choice
