Cut brinjal in cubes and marinate with. 
Salt to taste
Level teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon dhania (coriander)
1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon Turmeric
Curry spoon Vinegar
½ teaspoon Paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Deep fry and drain in paper towel. Add cubed onion & tomatoes, chopped dhana and some lemon juice
