Strawberry Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Dissolve on stove until sugar melts, allow to cool, then add
⅓ cup lime cordial
⅓ cup strawberry syrup
⅓ cup rose syrup
1 Cup Double cream (I used the Woolworth Ayrshire cream)
1 punnet strawberries

METHOD

Whip the cream.
Blitz the strawberries and add it with the rest of the ingredients to the syrup and add to the cream.
Mix all together and freeze.
