Coconut Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

1 Tub Vanilla ice cream
1 tin condense milk
½ cup roasted coconut
½ tin coconut milk
Red food coloring

METHOD

Allow vanilla ice cream to soften
In a sauce pan heat condense milk then add roasted coconut and coconut milk
Once heated add to ice cream and add 4 drops red food coloring.
Mix together with hand beater till smooth
Add to container of your choice and freeze overnight.
