INGREDIENTS
1 cup rice pre soaked and boiled with red food colouring and saltHalf cup thin spaghetti cut in 3 parts boiled with salt and oil.1 piece chicken fillet cubedHalf cabbage shredded 2 carrot grated1 pepper juliened 1 onion sliced5 green chillies chopped 2 tablespoon garlic paste2 egg whites2 teaspoon red chillie powder Half teaspoon turmeric Chilli sauceSoya sauceChinese saltSalt
METHOD
Marinate chicken cubes with red chilli powder Salt black pepper 3 tablespoon corn flour paprika powder ginger garlic paste Half tablespoon 1 egg marinate for 30 minutes
Heat oil and fry the chicken cubes keep aside. Heat oil in a wok add garlic than egg white fry for a minute than add all the vegetables fry till it gets soft . Add red chillie powder ,turmeric powder ,Salt and Chinese salt(zeal)optional. Stir well. Add the sauces and than add the rice stir and fry for 5 to 6 minutes. Add the spaghetti. Mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot with chillie sauce .enjoy.π
