+- 1 pack tennis biscuitsIf u require a crumbled base then melt +- 150 g butter or margarine add to crumbled not too fine biscuits and press firmly in a casserole
you just layer the biscuits at bottom and around the sides of the casseroleMix beat well a can of caramel treat or the caramel pepermint treat if available Add 2 x 250ml fresh creamFew drops of pepermint essence Beat well Pour over the base and then keep layering biscuits pour mixture and sprinkle mint chocolate Optional)Last layer should end up with the treat and grated or cut up pieces of pepermint chocolateOr any chocolate cut up or grated and a little crumbled biscuits or flake for garnishKeep in fridge to setServe cold
