1 × condensed milk
2 tins milk (use above tin)

*1 tin milk
*1egg
*1heaped tablespoon maizena (corn flour)
*1 heaped tablespoon custard powder
* vanilla ess
*pinch salt
Tennis/ Marie biscuit




METHOD

Method: Line pyrex with biscuits.
Mix * ingredients together and blend well.
Boil the 2 cups milk and condensed milk , add the rest of the ingredients and whisk till it thickens. Pour onto biscuits and sprinkle cinnamon.

I broke tennis biscuit in pieces & put @the bottom of dessert bowl then poured custard mixture over..

If you making with tennis biscuit,do you crush and add biscuit as is or do you add butter aswell?

hello I just broke biscuits in pieces not to fine. no butter required. put in dessert cups as is
