125g margarine
½ cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 teaspoon baking powder
+/- 2 cups flour
Cream butter and sugar
Add egg and vanilla essence and cream
Sift flour and baking powder
Gradually to make a soft biscuit kind dough
Divide dough , flatten half at the bottom of your tray , spread jam , and grate remainder dough over
Bake @180 for 15mins , reduce to 110 for +/- 10/15mins
