RECIPE
Use 500 g ready bran muffin mix
Follow the instructions on the packet by halving it
Add vanilla essence
Add handful of chopped dates or raisins or sultanas
Mix well into the batter
Spoon in muffin trays or cup cake cases
Sprinkle chopped pecans or almonds in top
Bake at 180* for 15-20 minutes
Allow to cool
Enjoy
