INGREDIENTS
800ml ripe mangoes, puréed, about 4 mangoes
360ml plain yoghurt
360ml milk
100ml castor sugar
(To taste)
5ml ground cardamom
5ml salt
5ml vanilla extract
125ml chopped fresh mint
Ice
METHOD
1. Combine the puréed mango, yoghurt, milk, sugar, ground cardamom, salt and vanilla in a
jug and mix well.
2. Add to a blender with a nice amount of ice and blend until finely crushed.
3. Mix in the finely chopped mint and pour into serving glasses
ideal in this heat. So cool and refreshing
