1. Combine the puréed mango, yoghurt, milk, sugar, ground cardamom, salt and vanilla in a jug and mix well. 2. Add to a blender with a nice amount of ice and blend until finely crushed. 3. Mix in the finely chopped mint and pour into serving glasses
