Mango Sojee (semolina flour)
Sooji 1 cup
ghee (Clarified butter) 1⁄2 cup
Ripe Mangoes purée 1 cup
Pinch of saffron
1 teaspoon Elaichi powder
Milk 2 cups
Fresh cream 4 tablespoon
Heat ghee (Clarified butter) in a pan.Now add in sooji and roast it on low heat for 5-10mins till it starts to smell good.
Once it is roasted, add in water and mix well. Cook till it thickens. Beat eggs,milk,sugar,Elachi (cardomom),saffron,yellow color,mango essence and fresh cream.now add this mixture & nuts into Sojee (semolina flour). Cover and cook till it thickens.
Now add in mango puree and mix well.
Cook for few minutes, it should be little runny or little semi liquid. Once it is at that stage, turn off the heat and let it cool down.
