INGREDIENTS
1 butternut cubed
1 sweet potato cubed
3 medium potatoes cubed
2 carrots sliced
Boil above till soft
2 cups cubed chicken fillet
Braise 1 chopped onion then add chicken
Cook with
Ginger garlic
Lemon juice
Green chillies
Salt,pepper
Little sourmilk
Layer veg in a pyrex dish..add cooked chicken
Top with 1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn
In a pot bring to a boil 1 fresh cream mixed with 1 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)..add salt and pepper to taste
Pour over veg..
METHOD
Cover with blox of pastry..brush with egg and bake at 180 till golden
