INGREDIENTS
125g butter3 tablespoon castor sugar1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 cup fresh cream2 teaspoon baking powder Pinch of salt2-2 ½ cups flour (may need to add a little more if necessary)
METHOD
Beat butter,vanilla essence and sugar till smooth.Add cream and then fold in the rest of the ingredients to make a soft dough.You will need extra flour for rolling..Roll out dough and cut with pretzel cutter.Brush with egg and sprinkle sugar on top (not castor sugar) I did that the first time I made this 👀🙈.Bake at 180 deg till brown
