-2 savoury muffins or rolls
-2 patties of your choice
(fried or grilled)
-Gouda cheese slices
-Dairy-lea cheese slices
-2 tblspns milk
-Salt and pepper to taste
-Gherkins and jalepenos (optional)
1.) whisk eggs and milk together, add salt,pepper and green dhana.
Warm a nonstick pan,spray frylight,pour in half of the egg mixture to make an omelette, when egg is almost cooked add cheese slices and pattie in the middle of the omelette and foldover.
2.) remove from pan and place on muffins or rolls,add chilli sauce and gherkins or jalepenos (optional)
