INGREDIENTS
-1 cup magnidaar (washed and drained)-1 small onion(chopped)-3 whole green chilli-1 teaspoon salt-1⁄4 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) (Turmeric)-1⁄4 cup finely chopped coriander-1⁄2 teaspoon green masala-1⁄4 green pepper(finely sliced)-optional-1⁄2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) (Cumin) powder(optional)-1 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter)
Other ingredients:-samosa pur-laai (flour/water paste)
METHOD
*METHOD1.) Mix all of the magnidaar ingredients together and transfer to a heated non stick pot , add 1⁄4 cup of boiled water to just about cover the magnidaar and cover with a lid, steam on low heat till done.2.) Leave to cool then fill as samosas.
INFO & TIPS
Samosas filled by my mum coz I come up with the ideas and cook the fillings but can’t fill one to save my life 🤣🤣🤣
