Recipie credit : HAFSA KASAK (Dazzling dessert) Picture credit : FAHIMA AMIN - Custard 1 box ( I USED READYMADE CUSTARD) - Pink & green food colour - 1 & ½ cup flour - ¼ teaspoon salt - 2 teaspoon baking powder - 60 gm butter - 2 eggs - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence - ½ cup icing sugar
- Combine butter, salt, baking powder, sugar & flour. - Mix very well than add vanilla & eggs to form a firm dough. - Divide dough into 4 equal parts & roll out 6mm thick into 4 equal size round. - Place on tray & bake at 180 degree until light golden brown. - Now, devide custard into 3 bowls & add colour green & pink & one leave plain. - Sandwich hot biscuits with 3 colourfull custard. - Chill for 5-6 hours. - slice & serve with extra custard & cream.
