Tricolor Custard

INGREDIENTS

2 cups of full cream milk3 tablespoon custard PowderSugar to tasteColours of choiceFlavours of choice (essence)Crushed Biscuit to layer

METHOD

Mix 3 tablespoon of custard powder with 50ml milk nicely then add to boiling Milk and stir continuously till nice and thick.
Wait for custard to cool slightly now divide custard in 3 bowls and colour.I used pink and added strawberry essence I used green and added apple essence I also added abit of yellow and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence to the 3rd bowl
Now layer with crushed biscuits in little glass shots or dessert bowls. Top with crushed biscuits.
