Custard.
½ litre milk4tbs sugar3tbs Custard powder
METHOD
¼ lb margarine, cream well add in ¼cup sugar & 2 eggs, beat until smooth & well blendedAdd in 2 teaspoon baking powder 1 capful vanilla essence and 1¾ cup cake flour. Make a nice soft dough. Divide into 6 portions, Roll into round disks about the size of a side plate, bake individually on 180© until nicely done. Allow to cool.Make a Custard.½ litre milk4 tablespoon sugar boil on low. Add in 3 tablespoon custard powder-dilute with milk, add in gradually and stir until smooth, ensuring no lumps form.Divide into 3 add colouring, pink, green and leave the last in natural.Layer each of the biscuit with each colour, grate the last biscuit and sprinkle on the top layer, refrigerate and serve cold.Enjoy

Can be made a day before, in this way the Custard gets firm and sets well.
