INGREDIENTS
3 large mangoes500ml double thick yoghurt1 teaspoon cardamom powder½ cup sugar (or to taste)¼ - ½ cup milkHandful ice cubes(Optional pinch saffron threads)Pistachio slivers / edible rose petals for garnish
METHOD
1. Cube ½ mango to leave aside for an optional topping, or otherwise just use in the lassi.2. Scoop out the remainder mangoes.3. Blend the mangoes with 2/3 of the yoghurt, sugar, cardamom powder, uce cubes and milk.4. If not serving straight away, may leave out ice and place in fridge to chill. 5. Pour into serving glasses.6. Spoon over remainder yoghurt into glasses.7. Garnish with pinch cardamom powder, cubed mangoes (if using) and slivered pistachios.8.
