INGREDIENTS
1 KG washed and drained chicken fillets
2 tablespoon Nandos hot peri peri sauce
4 tablespoon Nandos med peri peri sauce
4 tablespoon Nandos garlic sauce
2 tablespoon lemon juice
salt to taste
1 tablespoon butter
METHOD
hammer the chicken fillet on both sides to flatten it slightly and then marinate in all the ingredients except the butter. make sure to taste the marinade before adding the salt as all the sauces do have salt. marinate for at least an hour.char grill or pop the fillets under the grill until done leaving the marinade sauce aside.pour the sauce in a small pot and add the butter. cook for a minute just to melt the butter and the sauce to combine well. pour over the hot grilled fillets and serve with spiced rice.
