INGREDIENTS
1 punnet sliced mushrooms
6 blocks Kiro Chesse
1 small block Halloumi Cheese
Phyllo Pastry
METHOD
cook mushrooms with salt, garlic, lemon pepper
and black pepper until all the water of the
musrooms is out.
Add blocks of Kirri Cheese and stir into
mushrooms till it melts.
Dice up hollumi cheese into small cubes and add
to the mushroom and cheese.
Roll into phyllo pastry (can be made into spring
rolls or samoosas or pillows)
Brush with butter and bake for 10mins.
