INGREDIENTS
6 Boiled eggs
1 finely chopped onion
1 tblspoon ginger garlic paste
Coriander
½ tspoon tumeric
chopped green chillie
1 tblspoon Maggi Chillie garlic sauce
1 tspoon coriander powder
½ tspoon black pepper powdwr
Salt to taste
Oil and butter
1 teaspoon tanduri pest or powder
METHOD
Cut the boiled eggs into 4 .Add oil and butter into a pan and add the onions and after a while add the ginger garlic paste. Add the chopped green chillies and let it cook for a while and then add all the eggs and then add all the powders and sauces and green dhania (coriander) (coriander) and cook it for a while.

Serve with bread or roti / paratha
