RECIPE

1 cup water½ cup sugar Pinch of salt¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice Blue food coloring Sprite, lemonade Mint leaves Lemon slices Make a simple syrup by adding the water, sugar and salt together in a pot. Boil until it summers and sugar is dissolved. Move aside and leave to cool completely. Add lemon juice and blue coloring.. adjust until you happy with the color.In a glass add in ice cubes, mint and lemon slices. Add equal amounts of the blue mixture and sprite
