INGREDIENTS
200gr margerine/ butter200gr sugar20gr honey 500gr flour25gr baking powder 5 gr salt300ml milk50ml butter milk/ sour cream 400gr blueberries 4 eggsZest of 1 orangeZest of 1 lemon1 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
Cream butter 1st till soft and creamyThen add in sugarZest of lemon and orange HoneyAnd cream together
Then add in eggs 1 at a time beating separately each time
Nw add in half the flour and mixAdd in half milk and sour cream
Add in balance half of flour mixAdd in last balance of milk
Dont overbeat
After fold in all blueberries
Line your muffin pan with muffin cups
I use an ice cream scoop so that each cup is filled equal
I baked it 190c till golden brown
Yummy yummy yum with a hot cup of tea
