1 chicken cut washed and drained
3 tablespoon Adega Spice
2 tablespoon oil
Juice of half lemon
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Marinade above for 2 hours. Steam chicken in a pot, then transfer to oven proof or pyrex dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes on 180 deg or until chicken is done.
Blob garlic butter
1 cup fresh cream
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon prego sauce
2 tablespoon minnies chili garlic sauce
1 tablespoon nandos mild peri peri
1 tablespoon nandos medium peri peri
Add all of the above to a sauce pan bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer until slightly thickened.
Pour over cooked chicken grill for 5 minutes minutes.

Serve with wedges, chip or creamy spinach and butternut
