INGREDIENTS
2 cups cake flour
¾ cup cocoa
1 and ¾ cup sugar
1 and ½ teaspoon baking powder
1and ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
2 large eggs room temp
1 cup milk or buttermilk
½ cup coconut oil (or coking oil) I use the organic Virgin coconut oil it’s yumeee
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup boiling water ( let stand few minutes ) and then use.. it must be hot
METHOD
Mix everything together and mix into smooth runny mixture
Pour into two cake pans
Bake 180 -30 minutes
170 thermos oven-30to 35 minutes
Remove let cool down
Drizzle both halfs wth a runny ganache ( not to much
( I use a slab of whole nut choc and 2 dessert spns of fresh cream)
Smear chocolate icing over one half place on top of other half
Dec as wanted wth icing
Icing 1 cup cocoa powder
1 box icing sugar
3 tplspns milk
Ice cake
Drizzle cake wth melted chocolate
And decorate as you want ,
It’s yumeeeee
